Principles in Practice

Designing Finance Bots that Don't Derail the Reporting Cycle

Using B.O.T.S.A.F.E, a dead-simple blueprint for building useful AI agents, FP&A pain points will be transformed into clear business goals, crisp inputs, and hard acceptance criteria.
