Career Trust Service
Career Trust offers AFP members who are between positions a dues suspension during a period of unemployment, for up to one full membership year. Members will be retained as associate members.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants for Career Trust must have been an AFP member the previous calendar year and agree to remit dues to re-establish paid membership status should he or she become re-employed during the Career Trust membership year. Career Trust is a one-time only benefit.

- Career Trust is a one-time only benefit for unemployed individuals to suspend or reduce first year dues for up to one membership year.
- Career Trust members will be categorized as associate members.
- All memberships are 12 months in duration based upon the month in which you join. For example, individuals whose AFP membership begins in April will have an expiration date of March 31 the following year.
- An AFP member who is unemployed may apply to receive a dues suspension for one membership year. To qualify as a member, applicants must have been an AFP member the previous calendar year and agree to remit $545 USD dues to re-establish paid membership status should he or she become re-employed during the discounted Career Trust membership year.
- A non-member who is unemployed may apply to join AFP for a discounted rate of $75 USD for one membership year. To qualify as a non-member, applicants must have an AFP account and agree to submit the remaining $470 USD dues amount to establish full membership status should they become re-employed during the discounted Career Trust membership year.
