Questions certified members ask
Are my membership credits added automatically?
You claim them when you report your recertification credits — 4 for each year you were a member during the cycle, up to 12.
Is membership included with my recertification?
No. Membership is a separate 12-month term that starts the month you join; your recertification cycle runs on its own three-year schedule ending June 30.
Can I earn credits for a session live and again on recording?
No — if you claimed credits for the live session, the recording of that same session doesn't count again.
My employer pays for training. Can they cover membership?
