Corporate Practitioner Definition
AFP defines a Corporate Practitioner as an individual who directs or executes finance, treasury and/or accounting functions within their organization, including institutions of higher learning, non-profit and government agencies.
Examples of job functions include, but are not limited to: FP&A, financial analyst, accountant, treasurer, controller, etc.
Associate Definition
AFP defines an Associate as an individual who provides finance, treasury and/or accounting products and services to organizations outside their own company.
Examples of job functions include, but are not limited to: Sales and marketing, business development, relationship management and product development.
