1.2 CTP/FPAC/CCM and CPE Credits | Field of Study: Information Technology – Technical
Learning Objectives:
- Document a report skeleton (sections, inputs,
outputs, tone, formatting rules).
- Build a Master Prompt with role, constraints,
acceptance criteria, and examples.
- Create structured inputs (checklists or JSON-like
forms) to reduce ambiguity and rework.
- Package your “clone” as a reusable playbook
(prompt + template + examples) for your team.
Meet-Up Description
You can’t scale yourself—but you can teach AI to think (almost) like you. This meetup will walk a “Clone Kit” to encode your style guide, report skeletons, and decision rules into reusable prompts and instruction sets. This can help you turn messy tribal knowledge—how you write variance analysis, how you structure board decks—into repeatable outputs junior analysts (and AI) can produce on demand. Attendees can get hands-on and trade prompt frameworks and critique each other’s “clone specs.”
