LEARN-26_AI Orchestrating Agentic Workflows
MEETUP 2 in the Building Agentic AI Skills for Finance Series

December 10 | 12 PM - 1 PM ET

Credits: 1.2 CTP/CCM and FPAC Credits

Key Takeaways

  • Orchestrate multiple AI agents into an end-to-end finance workflow by defining inputs, outputs, handoffs, and shared context.
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot agent workflows by identifying dependencies, failure modes, recovery approaches, and situations where orchestration may be unnecessarily complex.

Meet-Up Description

Many finance processes are too complex for a single AI agent. They involve multiple steps, decisions and handoffs that need to work together reliably.

In this hands-on course, you’ll learn how to orchestrate multiple AI agents into a connected finance workflow. Building on the skills introduced in Building a Finance Agent, you’ll explore how agents share information, maintain context and manage dependencies across a process.

Using month-end close as a case study, you’ll connect data validation, variance commentary and exception flagging agents into one coordinated workflow. You’ll also intentionally test what happens when things go wrong, from incomplete handoffs and missing context to unexpected changes in outputs, and learn how to design workflows that can identify and recover from these issues.

You’ll leave with a practical framework for deciding when multiple agents can improve a finance process and when a simpler solution may be more effective.

Orchestrating Agent Workflows is the second course in a three-part series designed to progressively build your agentic AI skills for finance.
