AFP Seeks Board of Directors Candidates

AFP is currently accepting applications for several volunteer Board of Directors positions. We are seeking strategic, growth-oriented, corporate practitioner members with a demonstrated passion for AFP’s mission.

Preferred candidates will bring a combination of the following qualifications:

  • Relevant volunteer experience, particularly service on AFP committees, task forces, or regional association boards
  • A demonstrated commitment to professional development (self and/or teams)
  • Experience leading teams or programs, whether in formal or informal capacities
  • Industry conference presentation, publication, podcast, panelist and/or other speaking or writing experience
  • International and/or overseas experience
  • Hold AFP’s CTP and/or FPAC certification(s)

  • A current resume, including a summary of key responsibilities
  • A letter of recommendation from an immediate supervisor
